Making a technical product legible to the people who buy it
A Malaysian engineering firm with twenty years behind it and no way to be found by the European and North American buyers it wanted next. We rebuilt the brand, the site and the way it goes to market, and it returned its full investment within months of launch.

Challenge
Didaktik engaged Neige to create a new brand, website, advertising and content marketing engagement. The challenge was to launch Didaktik in international markets along with a marketing strategy, an advertising campaign and a website that could carry both.

Insight
We flew to the fabrication yard in Malaysia. Not for the imagery, though we came back with it, but because you cannot write about precision engineering you have not stood next to. That trip is why the site sounds like the company rather than like an agency.

Solution
Before any design began, we arranged trademarks for Didaktik’s assets ensuring these were protected internationally before the project started. With protection in place we created powerful SEO structured content through text, imagery and video defining Didaktik’s positioning as a leading integrated engineering service provider. Our team restructured their whole website and sitemap to be user-centric to ensure a better experience.
Once the website had launched, we developed a powerful advertising campaign to gain brand recognition within the market, rapidly accelerating their market share.

Results
Within a few months of launch, Didaktik reported that the company had seen a full ROI on the marketing efforts made to successfully launch. Two of the organisations Didaktik had been trying to reach for years came to them instead. Both closed. That is the result the whole programme was aimed at, and it arrived inside a year.

We really enjoy working with the team at Neige. They have a fresh, unique, positive attitude and a really impressive skills mix. They’ve done wonders for our business worldwide.
