Are you findable at the moment someone needs you?

Search has changed more in the last two years than the ten before it. Buyers still search. They just increasingly read an answer instead of a list of links. Being absent from that answer is the new page two.

Rankings are a means. Revenue is the point.

We start from the searches that actually precede a purchase in your market, not the ones with the biggest volume. Then we make sure the site can be crawled, understood and quoted by search engines and by the AI assistants your buyers increasingly ask first.

That means the technical foundations, the content that answers real questions, and the entity and citation work that makes you the source an answer is built from.

Search has also stopped being one destination. The same buyer asks Google, an AI assistant and a marketplace. Work that wins in one increasingly wins in all three, because all three reward the same things: a site that can be crawled, content that answers directly, and a business other sources agree exists.

That is why we do not sell rankings. A ranking is a proxy, and an increasingly unreliable one now that a large share of queries are answered without a click. What we report on is qualified traffic, enquiries, and whether you are named when a buyer asks the question that precedes a purchase.

What you end up with

  • Found where buying decisions start

Visibility on the searches that actually precede a purchase, including the AI answers that increasingly replace the list of links.

  • Traffic that converts

We optimise towards revenue rather than sessions, which usually means less traffic and more enquiries.

  • Foundations that compound

Technical and structural work makes every future piece of content worth more, instead of leaking value.

  • A defensible position

Authority and citations are slow to build and correspondingly hard for a competitor to buy their way past.

Is this right for you?

This is for you if

  • You sell something people already search for, and you want that demand rather than to create it
  • You can wait four to twelve months for compounding returns while paid carries the near term
  • You can ship changes to your own site, or you want us to build it too

It probably is not if

  • You need pipeline this quarter and have no other channel running
  • Your market genuinely has no search volume, and some new categories do not yet
  • You want guaranteed rankings; nobody can sell those honestly

They communicate very well. I have worked with the Neige team for a few years now in multiple markets across the country. They do an amazing job and know exactly how to interact with our demographic. They communicate very well and have yet to turn down a request. I highly recommend their team for any of your social media needs.

How we approach search

  1. 01

    Audit

A full technical and content audit, plus a clear read on who is winning the searches that matter and why.

  2. 02

    Foundations

Crawlability, speed, structured data and architecture. The work that makes everything after it compound rather than leak.

  3. 03

    Content

Pages built around real buyer questions, structured so they can be quoted directly by an AI answer as well as ranked.

  4. 04

    Authority

Digital PR and citation work so you are referenced where it counts, which is what separates page one from the answer itself.

  5. 05

    Compound it

Rankings decay, competitors publish, and pages that earned their position two years ago quietly lose it. The programme includes refreshing what already works, which is consistently cheaper than replacing it.

Questions people ask us

If yours isn’t here, ask us directly, and we’ll give you a straight answer, including when the answer is that we’re not the right fit.

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes can move things within weeks. Content and authority work is a six to twelve month horizon. We would rather say that plainly than quote you a number we cannot hit.

Is SEO dead now that AI answers questions?

The tactic of chasing a rank is dying. The underlying work - being the clearest, best-referenced source on a subject - is what determines whether an AI answer cites you, so it matters more, not less.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We will commit to a plan, a baseline and a reporting cadence, and to telling you early if it is not working.

Will you need our developers?

Sometimes, and we will scope exactly what we need before starting so it can be planned. Where you would rather we implement directly, we can.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Two to three months for movement on low-competition terms and four to twelve months for results that show up in revenue, depending on your domain’s history and how competitive your market is. Technical fixes are the exception - resolving an indexing fault that was hiding pages can show up within weeks, because the demand already existed and was simply being blocked.

Do we need to keep paying for SEO once we rank?

Usually yes, though the work changes. Holding a position costs less than earning it, but competitors publish, search behaviour shifts and content decays - a page left untouched for two years reliably loses ground to one that is maintained. What should change over time is the mix: less technical remediation, more content and authority.

Want to know where you actually stand?

We’ll audit your visibility across search and AI answers, and show you the gap between where you rank and where your buyers look.

  1. A 30-minute call. No pitch deck.
  2. We audit what you have and tell you what we’d do first.
  3. You decide. No retainer, no lock-in, nothing to cancel.
