Accessibility statement
Our commitment, what has been built and verified, the limitations we are aware of, and how to tell us when something does not work.
This statement applies to neigemarketing.com, operated by Neige Marketing LLC. It was prepared and last reviewed on 31 August 2026.
Our commitment
Neige Marketing LLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of disability, device or assistive technology. We treat accessibility as a condition of the work being finished rather than as a later remediation exercise, and we apply the same standard to the sites we build for clients.
Conformance status
We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the benchmark referenced by accessibility legislation in most jurisdictions.
We do not claim conformance. This site has not been independently audited, nor tested end to end with screen readers on physical devices, and a conformance claim without that evidence would be unsupported. The sections below set out what has been verified and what has not, so that the position can be assessed rather than taken on trust.
Measures taken
The following have been implemented and verified against the published site by our own testing.
- The site is fully operable by keyboard. A skip link precedes the navigation, focus indicators are visible throughout, and the mobile navigation confines focus while open and returns it to the control that opened it on close.
- All content is present in the served HTML. Where scripts fail or are blocked, the text, headings, navigation and page content remain available.
- A reduced-motion preference is honoured at the system level: smooth scrolling, parallax, the logo marquee, animated counters and the background video are suppressed, and the animation library is not requested at all.
- Text and interactive elements meet the Level AA contrast ratio. A darker variant of the brand colour is used for text, because the brand colour itself does not meet the ratio at body sizes.
- No media plays audio automatically. The homepage background video is silent — the audio track is removed from the file — is marked decorative, and is excluded from the keyboard order.
- Documents use a correct heading hierarchy, landmark regions, breadcrumb navigation and descriptive link text. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are marked so that assistive technology ignores them.
- Form fields have associated labels, validation messages are announced as well as displayed, and confirmation messages state precisely what has and has not happened.
- No accessibility overlay or toolbar is used, and none will be added. Overlays are widely reported by disabled users to interfere with the assistive technology they already rely on, and they do not remediate the underlying page.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following. Each is listed with the reason it stands and, where one exists, the alternative available in the meantime.
- No independent audit has been carried out. The verification described above is our own. An external audit is planned but has not yet taken place, and until it does the conformance position is self-assessed.
- No testing with screen readers on physical hardware. The site has been built to the standard and checked with automated tooling, but has not been worked through with JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver. Certain classes of defect are only found that way.
- No testing with disabled participants. Automated tooling and disabled users do not find the same problems, and only the former has been used.
- Downloadable guides may not be tagged. The guides offered on this site pre-date this rebuild, and we cannot currently confirm that those PDFs are correctly tagged for assistive technology. Any guide can be supplied as plain text or HTML on request.
- Some case-study images contain text. A number of screenshots of previous client work include text within the image, which cannot be selected or resized. The surrounding page describes what each image shows.
- Third-party video. The homepage carries a film hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube unless the play control is activated; once it is, the player is theirs and its accessibility is outside our control. The site makes no other third-party requests.
This list reflects what we know. It is not a guarantee that nothing else is wrong, and a report of something absent from it is genuinely useful to us.
Feedback and contact
If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, please tell us. A description of the problem in your own words is sufficient — technical detail is welcome but not expected.
Email team@neigemarketing.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. The page you were on and what you were attempting to do will help us reproduce the problem; if you use assistive technology, knowing which is useful but not required.
We aim to respond within five working days, either with a resolution or, where the fix will take longer, with a date by which we expect it to be complete.
Alternative formats
Any content on this site — a case study, a service description, a guide — can be supplied in an alternative format, including plain text, large print, or read aloud by telephone. Requests go to team@neigemarketing.com.
No enquiry requires the use of a form. Everything on the contact page can be completed by email or by telephone instead.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, reply to say so and the matter will be escalated internally rather than left unanswered. You are also entitled to raise the matter with the equality or accessibility body responsible in your jurisdiction, and nothing in this statement affects that right.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 31 August 2026 following a self-assessment of the published site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It is reviewed after any significant change to the site and at least annually. Where a limitation listed above is resolved, this page is updated to record that rather than the entry being removed silently.
