These terms govern your use of neigemarketing.com, operated by Neige Marketing LLC. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use it. Last updated 31 August 2026.

What this site is

It’s a marketing website. It describes what we do, shows work we’ve done, and gives you ways to get in touch. Everything on it is general information about our services.

It isn’t professional advice. The articles in Insights are our views on marketing, written for a general audience — they aren’t tailored to your business, and you shouldn’t act on them without checking they fit your situation. Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice.

Results shown on this site

The figures in our case studies are real results achieved for those 6 clients, measured on their own analytics during the periods described. They are not a prediction and not a promise. Every business, market and budget is different, and results vary. We won’t tell you what you’ll get until we’ve looked at your situation, and even then we’ll be honest that it is an estimate.

Enquiries don’t create a contract

Sending us an enquiry, subscribing to the newsletter, or booking a consultation doesn’t create a contract for us to do any work, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. If we go on to work together, that relationship is governed by the separate agreement we both sign — not by this page.

Using the site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own reference. You may not:

• copy or republish our content commercially, or pass it off as your own;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details, including for training a machine-learning model, without our written permission;
• use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited sales messages, spam, or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works for anyone else;
• introduce anything malicious, or use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law.

If you do any of this we may block your access. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Who owns what

The design, code, words, photography and illustrations on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Using the site doesn’t give you any ownership of them.

Client names, logos and product images shown in our case studies belong to those clients and appear with their permission as examples of our work. Nothing here suggests any of them endorses anything beyond that.

If you think something on this site infringes your rights, tell us at team@neigemarketing.com and we’ll look at it promptly.

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, it’s because we thought it was useful. We don’t control those sites, we’re not responsible for their content, and a link isn’t an endorsement. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave here.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we may update these terms — the date at the top tells you when we last did.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows: we provide this site as it is, without warranties of any kind; and we aren’t liable for business losses — lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, or losses that weren’t reasonably foreseeable — arising from your use of it, or from acting on general information published here.

If you’re using the site as a consumer rather than for business, you keep all the statutory rights that consumer law gives you, and nothing above takes them away.

Privacy and accessibility

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy. How accessible this site is — including what still isn’t finished — is set out in our accessibility statement. Both form part of these terms.

Law and jurisdiction

Neige Marketing LLC contracts through its Santa Monica, California office. These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.

We work internationally, so to be clear about what that does and doesn’t mean: if you use this site as a consumer rather than for business, choosing California law doesn’t strip you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Those still apply.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we don’t enforce something straight away, that isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later.
