Own the account
You sit with the client, set the plan, and ship the work. Strategy and delivery are the same job here, not two departments handing each other decks.
Stay commercial
The question is what the business earned, not how busy the channel was. If something is not paying back, you say so and stop it.
Work across the stack
Search, paid, creative, lifecycle, analytics and the site itself. Specialists exist; silos do not. You will see the numbers for everything you touch.
Write and decide in public
Recommendations go to the client in plain English, with the evidence underneath. No soft landing for a weak idea, and no credit claimed for somebody else’s.

- You want your name on the work and are comfortable being the person asked about it.
- You would rather own one account properly than touch nine.
- You are happy telling a client the honest answer is that we should do less.
- You have opinions about the craft and can defend them without needing to win.

- You want a large team to disappear into. There is nowhere to hide in a firm this size.
- You want a defined ladder with a title at every rung. We do not have one.
- You want to specialise in one channel and never see the commercial numbers.
- You are looking for a short stop. Our clients stay for years and notice when we do not.
