How hiring works here
We are a small senior team on purpose. The people a client meets in the pitch are the people who do the work, which means every hire changes what the company is capable of, and it means we hire slowly and rarely.
When something does open it goes to whoever already impressed us. Not a network, and not a referral scheme. Usually somebody who wrote to us once with a specific, unsolicited opinion about our work or a client’s, and was right.

- You want a large team to disappear into. There is nowhere to hide in a firm this size.
- You want a defined ladder with a title at every rung. We do not have one.
- You want to specialise in one channel and never see the commercial numbers.
- You are looking for a stepping stone. Our clients stay for years and notice when we do not.

One email, to a person, with something specific in it. Tell us what you do, and name one thing on this site or in our work you would change and why. That last part is the whole application. We read all of them and we reply to the ones that took the question seriously.
No form, no tracker, no portal asking you to retype a CV you already attached. If we have nothing for you we will say so rather than leave you wondering.
